Refund & Returns Policy

At Treasures of Brazil, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:

• The item is in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• It includes all original packaging and tags.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty or Damaged Items

All our products are covered by a 6-month warranty for faults caused by manufacturing defects. If your item is faulty:

• We will offer a replacement of the same item.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund voucher will be issued for the full value of the item.

To report a fault, please email us at info@treasuresofbrazil.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item.
