Thank you for shopping with Treasures of Brazil. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays. During particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; if there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
UK delivery
The available service and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed.
International delivery
Available international services, prices and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
**Import duties and taxes are included in the amount shown at checkout and are paid by Treasures of Brazil.** You should not be asked to pay additional duty or import tax when your parcel arrives. If a courier asks you to make such a payment, please do not pay it and contact us immediately at info@treasuresofbrazil.co.uk.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing the tracking details. Please allow a short time for the carrier’s tracking page to update.
Delivery address and failed delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect it. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was not accepted.
Delays, loss or damage
Carrier delays can occasionally occur outside our control. If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@treasuresofbrazil.co.uk. For damaged parcels, please keep the product and all packaging and include photographs in your message so that we can assist you promptly.
